You won’t be investing very long before somebody will tell you how flipping property is illegal, and your buyers won’t be able to find financing because of the ,seasoning, issue. You may hear this from your accountant, real estate agent, attorney, best friend or grandmother. It seems that everyone’s become an expert on real estate financing. There’s only one slight problem.
